Rebecca joined FiStaff in 2006 and has leveraged her role as President to help the FiStaff team create meaningful and lasting connections between clients and candidates. Drawing on almost two decades of experience in the industry, she is dedicated to understanding the unique needs of both parties. This commitment extends beyond mere transactions; it’s about creating relationships built on trust and commitment to doing the right thing for clients, candidates, and the FiStaff team. Rebecca’s passion for reading and learning allows her to provide valuable guidance to the team, fostering a culture of growth and knowledge-sharing. Rebecca is a native Houstonian and graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Finance and International Business and a minor in Spanish. She is committed to giving back to the community. Since 2007, she has volunteered and held leadership positions with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Committee on the World’s Championship Bar-B-Que Committee, demonstrating her commitment to supporting local traditions and events. Rebecca was also a member of The Junior League of Houston for 10 years, giving her the opportunity to volunteer and serve a variety of groups in the Houston community. In her leisure time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her friends and family, and spending the day on the golf course.
Tifani joined FiStaff in March 2022. She has a background in recruiting and a passion for assisting candidates in finding their best job fit. In her current role as Business Development Manager, Tifani works diligently to provide our clients with customized staffing solutions that cater to the unique needs of each organization we serve. Tifani exhibits strong knowledge and understanding of each category of organization we partner with, including banks, credit unions, mortgage companies, and accounting firms. She thrives on continued education and is dedicated to staying up to date with industry trends so she may better serve her clients.
Tifani was born and raised in Northeast Houston. In 2021, she graduated from Texas A&M University as a third-generation Aggie with a BBA in Business Management. Tifani grew up surrounded by a family of musicians and loves to play the drums and piano. She enjoys evening walks with her husband and Goldendoodle, Auri. On the weekends, Tifani is always looking for ways to keep busy and often dives into home DIY projects.
Caroline is a passionate recruiter who is dedicated to helping candidates not just find jobs, but meaningful and fulfilling career opportunities. Caroline is a proud member of the Fighting Texas Aggie Class of 2022, with a BS in Communication and a minor in Psychology. Shortly after graduating, she joined the FiStaff team in May of 2022. She cares deeply for her candidates and clients, focusing on job fits that will ensure their long-term success.
Caroline grew up with her parents and two older siblings in Spring, TX. In her free time, Caroline is very involved in her music and loves to sing and play guitar. She enjoys relaxing and reading by the pool. Caroline also loves spending time with friends and family anytime she gets the chance.
Amber joined the FiStaff team in May of 2022. She is deeply passionate about forging meaningful connections with individuals and guiding them towards achieving their long-term career aspirations. As a recruiter, her primary focus is understanding and meeting the unique needs of each candidate. By taking the time to listen, assess, and align their skills and aspirations with the right opportunities, Amber strives to provide a tailored and fulfilling experience that empowers candidates to achieve their career goals.
Amber is originally from the Missouri City area. She is a proud Red Raider, and after moving back to Houston from Lubbock, she pursued a career in education. Driven by her passion for connecting with individuals, Amber decided to embark on a career in staffing. In her free time, Amber enjoys spending time with her friends and family, playing with her dogs, Kash and Levi, and traveling.
